3. User Obligations

• Accurate Information: You must provide **accurate and complete information**, especially your date, time, and place of birth, as the accuracy of our predictions depends on the data provided by you.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Accuracy Claims: Fees paid for readings/consultations are for the time spent and the astrological insights provided, irrespective of the prediction's outcome or the user's satisfaction with the advice. **No refunds will be granted based on the outcome of a prediction.**
